Items that can't be returned include: Custom Silencers and all Silencers that have been form 3'd
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with your order ID.
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom Silencer Company, LLC strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.

All custom silencers are assigned a caliber rating of .22LR. Since we are unfamiliar with the engineering specifics of your custom silencer, we cannot determine the types of stresses it can safely endure beyond those associated with .22LR. Please note that firing any caliber other than .22LR violates our terms of service and voids the warranty.
Purchasing firearms and accessories regulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA) requires approval from the ATF. As per ATF regulations, all NFA items must be transferred to the new owner via a licensed FFL/SOT dealer in their state of residence. To facilitate this process, you are required to select a FFL dealer before you checkout.If you want to use A FFL dealer not in our list, please contact us so we can add the dealer.
Once your item is prepared for shipment, we will initiate a transfer request to your dealer by submitting a Form 3 to the ATF's NFA branch. The shipment cannot proceed until this Form 3 is approved. According to the ATF, processing times for Form 3 approvals typically range from 10 to 30 days.
Once your NFA item arrives at your local dealer, they must submit a Form 4 to the ATF to obtain approval for transferring the item to you. Processing times for Form 4 submissions can vary. Orders will ship via USPS priority mail within 7 days after the order has been placed for all in stock items and credit card transactions have processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email in advance. We offer regular Priority Shipping and Priority Shipping with Signature required.
All NFA items must ship to a FFL transfer dealer with a SOT (class 3 license). No NFA items can be shipped outside the United States.
